    What are the prerequisites for enrolling in the real estate pre-licensing course?

    To enroll in the pre-licensing course, individuals must have at least five Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC/CXC) subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, with a grade of I, II, or III. Alternatively, individuals can have five General Certificate of Education (GCE) Ordinary Level subjects with a grade of A, B, or C. Overseas citizens who are licensed real estate agents in another country may also be eligible to enroll, provided they submit a certified copy of their license.
