    A prohibitory injunction is a court order that prevents someone from taking a particular action that could cause harm or violate another party’s rights. In real estate, a prohibitory injunction is commonly used to stop activities like unauthorized construction, trespassing, or illegal alterations on a property, especially if these actions might damage the property or reduce its value.
