This scheme is a residential development of ten Verandah Micro-Mods, perfect for a small lot within Kingston or another city. The homes are two-story, with five paired units stacked on top of each other. The core of each home is a compact, prefabricated module, but the living space extends onto large, shaded balconies or verandahs. The design focuses on communal spaces, with a central courtyard and a shared laundry facility, encouraging a sense of community. The units are arranged to maximize natural light and cross-ventilation, reducing the need for air conditioning.
