How Can Someone Gain Access to the MLS in Jamaica?

According to the By-Laws of the REALTORS® Association of Jamaica Limited, access to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is granted to Professional Members of the association. This includes:

1. Real Estate Dealers – Registered with the Real Estate Board of Jamaica as Dealers and qualifying directors or partners of a firm.
2. Real Estate Salesmen – Registered with the Real Estate Board and employed by a Dealer who is also a member of the Association.

Additionally, to maintain access, members must:

• Be in good standing, meaning they must be up to date with all fees, dues, and other financial obligations.
• Adhere to the Association’s By-Laws and Code of Ethics.
• Comply with MLS rules, including proper listing practices and cooperating with other members.
