Easternmost parish

St Thomas is Jamaica’s easternmost parish — rugged, underdeveloped, and deeply historic. Known for the Morant Bay Rebellion of 1865 and as the home of national hero Paul Bogle, it’s a parish where history is deeply felt and natural beauty is largely untouched.

Property market overview

St Thomas is one of Jamaica’s most affordable parishes for land and property. Large agricultural lots, beachfront land along the eastern coast, and modest residential properties are available at prices well below Kingston. The underdevelopment means opportunity for buyers seeking value.
