KINGSTON, Jamaica — Five communities in St Ann are experiencing a temporary water supply interruption because of an equipment problem at the National Water Commission’s White River facility, the utility said on Saturday, October 24, 2026.
NWC identified Exchange, Bonham Spring, Lodge, Upton and Lance Wood as the affected areas.
The commission said full operation will resume once the equipment issue is resolved. It did not provide a definite restoration time.
Customers were asked to conserve available water during the disruption. For updates, NWC can be reached at 888-225-5692.
