Value: 280M Dean led 3 complex schemes focusing on schools and community facilities. Dean managed the interdependencies and interfaces between projects in the CYPS Capital Programme and ensured that all delegated projects within the asset management section were implemented and reviewed using Best Value criteria. Dean provided advice on all matters relating to the AMP (Asset Management Plan), including the condition, suitability and sufficiency of accommodation.
