This scheme features ten individual Cliffside Cantilever Pods built on a terraced slope. Each pod is a self-contained, pre-fabricated unit with a small footprint. They are arranged to provide privacy and unobstructed views for each resident. A single, winding path connects the ten pods, which are built to minimize excavation and site disruption. The design includes a communal deck and a shared garden area at the top of the development, providing a space for residents to gather. Each home is equipped with its own solar power and rainwater harvesting systems, making the community largely self-sufficient.
