Senior Responsible Owner (SRO)

A Senior Responsible Owner (SRO) is a top person in charge of making sure a big project, like a new building or a community development, gets done successfully. They make important decisions, keep everything on track, and solve big problems if they come up. In Jamaica, the SRO makes sure that the project follows local rules and works well for the people in the community. For example, if a new shopping center is being built, the SRO is the person who ensures that the project stays within budget, is finished on time, and meets all the local regulations. They work with everyone involved, like investors and community leaders, to make sure everything goes smoothly.
